ABOUT
César Debargue is an illustrator and graphic designer based between Paris and Marseille. He graduated from HEAD-Genève, Kyoto Zokei and ENSAD-Paris. He works mostly in France and Japan in the editorial, fashion and cultural fields. He was awarded as a 2025 resident of Villa Kujoyama in Kyoto, Japan.
